Miami Dolphins over 6 wins
Early last season, it appeared the Dolphins were orchestrating one of the most egregious tanks in NFL history, but they ended up winning five games. Brian Flores actually won the last two games of the season, including the regular-season finale against the Patriots in New England. The Dolphins are a completely new team heading into 2020, they have some legitimate pieces on the defensive side of the ball and and a new quarterback in Tua Tagovailoa. I think this team could go 7-9.
New York Jets under 6.5 wins
The Jets' schedule is absolutely brutal in 2020. I think there's a chance they could even start 0-5. This team fell apart last season due to injuries, and I'm worried that could happen again. I think Sam Darnold is the future under center, but the schedule-makers really had it out for the Jets this year.
Arizona Cardinals over 7 wins
The Cardinals appear to be a team on the rise. Kliff Kingsbury and Kyler Murray won five games in their first season together, acquired superstar wideout DeAndre Hopkins this offseason and also drafted probably the most versatile defensive player in this class in Isaiah Simmons. While the NFC West is the toughest division in football, 8-8 is very possible for the Cardinals.
Denver Broncos over 7.5 wins
The Broncos went 7-9 last season and their new quarterback, Drew Lock, played in just five games! Denver's offense could be downright scary in 2020. Phillip Lindsay, Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, K.J. Hamler, Noah Fant and also Melvin Gordon? Wow. I even love that the Broncos went out and drafted Lock's former college tight end, Albert Okwuegbunam. There's no doubt that this team got better in the offseason, and while it might take them some time to put it all together, I'm thinking the Broncos go 9-7.
